Operating model
Real estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investment in construction and development projects across the country. It means pooling your capital with that of other investors to take part in real estate projects that would be difficult to reach on your own.
Through a digital platform, several investors fund a specific project. Once construction is completed and the established milestones are met, profits are distributed among all participants in proportion to the amount invested.
Step 01
Our technical committee reviews urban licenses, the trust structure, the builder and market research before publishing the opportunity.
Step 02
You choose the amount and digitally sign the investment agreement. Funds are held by a supervised trust company.
Step 03
You receive quarterly reports with build percentage, photographs and audited financial statements.
Step 04
When the project closes, profits are distributed in proportion to each participant's contribution.
Why now
This model allows people with smaller capital to invest in major works — apartment buildings in Bogotá, residential complexes in Medellín or tourist developments on the Caribbean Coast. It is increasingly relevant given urban growth and the dynamism of Colombian regions.
Crowdfunding democratises the real estate market. It is no longer the exclusive privilege of large developers or international funds: today any interested Colombian can take part.
