1. Purpose
The purpose of the site is to present general information about collaborative financing of real estate projects. Joining the investor list does not, on its own, constitute a public offering of securities or an invitation to invest within the meaning of article 1.5.6.1 of Colombian Decree 2555 of 2010.
2. User capacity
The user states that they are an adult or legal representative of a legal entity with capacity to contract under the Colombian Civil and Commercial Codes. The Platform may verify the information provided through customer knowledge processes.
3. Intellectual property
Trademarks, logos, texts, photographs and other content on the site are the property of Nexusconsultoreco S.A.S. or of third parties that have authorised their use. Their total or partial reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
4. User responsibilities
The user agrees not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to introduce malicious software and not to perform automated scraping. Nexusconsultoreco reserves the right to restrict access in case of breach.
5. Risk warning
Any investment in real estate projects entails risks associated with construction, commercial demand, interest rates and the macroeconomic environment. Published returns are projections and do not represent guaranteed performance.
6. Limitation of liability
Nexusconsultoreco will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of opportunity arising from use of the site. Total accrued liability is limited to the amount equivalent to the fees effectively paid by the user during the last twelve (12) months.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Disputes will be resolved at first instance through conciliation before an authorised centre and, if they persist, before the civil circuit judges of Bogotá D.C.
