1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that the website stores in your browser to recognise you, remember your preferences and measure the performance of the digital campaigns we run in Colombia and Latin America.
2. Categories we use
We use four categories: strictly necessary, functional, analytics and marketing. Only the strictly necessary remain active without your consent, in line with the Colombian Council of State recommendations on e-commerce.
3. Consent Mode v2
We implement Google Consent Mode v2 to align the activation of Google Analytics and Google Ads tags with your preferences. The ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization signals are updated in real time with your choice.
4. Third-party cookies
We use services from Google (Analytics and Ads), Meta Platforms and Hotjar to measure site performance. These providers may process data in jurisdictions other than Colombia and have signed standard contractual clauses.
5. How to manage cookies
You can modify your consent at any time by clicking the "Configure preferences" button in the footer or by resetting your browser storage. Refusing cookies does not prevent access to the public content of the site.
6. List of active cookies
We publish a detailed inventory of the cookies in use, with description, purpose and lifetime. We update the inventory quarterly and notify any significant changes through the consent banner.
